The weekly* live training sessions are free to attend and you are welcome to invite others to attend. Replays are in our member's only zone.

*with the exception of when I am traveling (for which I have back up plans!)

Single Session Replay

$ 8 each - If a membership isn't the right fit for you and would like access to the replay of a specific session. Choose this option and be sure to communicate with me which session you wish.

Monthly Option

$15 / month - get unlimited access to the member-only zone

Yearly Option

$150 Year - Save $30 and get unlimited access to the member-only zone.
